When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the end of 2022, I leant heavily into my trusted Calmer Self Method.

This is the way I can help you.

Everyone is unique and everyone’s cancer experience and treatment is different, but there are many similarities for which you will hugely benefit by learning this method.
